Terms of Service

This Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") is entered into by and between, hereinafter, the "Client" and Million Dollar Introvert LLC, hereinafter, the "Company" on the date of the program purchase.

The following Agreement governs your participation in Demeeka's Million Dollar Introvert Bootcamp presented by the Company. Please read this Agreement carefully. 

By purchasing, visiting, and using Demeeka's Million Dollar Introvert Bootcamp, you agree that your use of our Site, participation in our Program, and use of Program materials are governed by the following terms and conditions.

By agreeing and paying the required amount, you will have access to Demeeka's Million Dollar Introvert Bootcamp, but all other future products by Demeeka Cobb will not be free and you will have to pay additional charges for those products if you would like to have access to them. 

 By confirming your subscription, you allow Million Dollar Introvert LLC to charge your card for the agreed upon payments.

Client understands that this access is for them and their eyes only. The knowledge shared in this course it's confidential and proprietary intellectual property belong solely and exclusively to the Company. If Client shares their account login info with anyone, Company keeps the right to terminate Client's access immediately.   

The Program’s content is divided into 5 modules:

The Client will be granted access to the full program upon initial payment and on-boarding. The Client will have 12 months until their access to the Program is terminated.

While the Client's subscription is active, they will have the opportunity to participate in live group coaching calls, with our support team. These calls will provide technical assistance for setting up their systems.

We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials. Usernames and passwords may not be shared with any third parties. Any violation of the Company’s policies regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrollment without a refund.

Client understands and acknowledges that there are costs associated with software and other products/services required to implement the strategies taught on this training. Calendly account, Zapier account, Wix, ClickFunnels, Follow Up Boss, and others. Using these 3rd party services is solely up to Client's decision, but might have different results without them. We teach here what Demeeka uses and recommends. Client has a choice if they want to use and pay these services or not. 

The responsibility of selecting and utilizing 3rd party companies rests solely with the client, and the Company cannot be held accountable for their actions.

Program content is for personal use only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of the Company, or its designated agent(s).

The information contained in the program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply the ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on our website. Once the product has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you agree to our non-refundable product policy. You also agree that you will not dispute or charge back any payments. 

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, the Company may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

you become disruptive or difficult to work with; you fail to follow the program guidelines; 

Or, you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).

We don't believe in get-rich-quick programs. We believe in hard work, adding value and serving others. And that's what our programs are designed to help you do. As stated by law, we can not and do not make any guarantees about your own ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, programs or strategies. We don't know you and, besides, your results in life are up to you. Agreed? We're here to help by giving you our greatest strategies to move you forward, faster. However, nothing on this page or any of our websites or emails is a promise or guarantee of future earnings. - Not to infringe any Program, participants, or the Company's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.

- That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and Proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company.

- Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions.

- That all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company;

- The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited.

- That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

While you are free to discuss your personal results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we, our subsidiary and parent companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, including our messaging, blogs, comments of others, books, emails, products, or services, or third-party materials, products, or services made available through the site or by us in any way, even if we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. (Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, our liability and the liability of our subsidiary and parent companies or affiliates is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such state law.) you specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any user. 

If you are dissatisfied with the site, any materials, products, or services on the site, or with any of the site's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site and the products, services, and/or materials.
